About Brett Larsen

About The Provider

Brett Larsen, P.A., is a compassionate, board-certified physician assistant with over 16 years of experience in orthopedic care. A Utah native and proud small-town boy, Brett is excited about the opportunity to serve patients in our rural community. His journey into medicine began in emergency services, where he worked as a paramedic and discovered a deep passion for helping people through their most vulnerable moments.

Inspired by the strong collaboration he witnessed between orthopedic surgeons and their physician assistants, Brett pursued a career in orthopedics, where he now specializes in non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He finds great fulfillment in helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life. Brett provides personalized head to toe orthopedic care to individuals of all ages—including children, athletes, adults, and seniors—with a focus on empathy, expertise, and lasting results.

Brett’s specialties include:

  • General orthopedic evaluation and management
  • Treatment recommendation
  • Sports medicine evaluation and treatment
  • Arthritis
  • Nonsurgical fracture care
  • Soft tissue and joint pain treatment
  • Intra-articular injections
  •  Surgery prep/follow-up
