Brittney Herald, APRN

Brittney Herald, APRN, earned her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner at South University. Prior to obtaining her Masters Degree, she worked at Kentucky River Medical Center for 6 years as a Registered Nurse on the medical-surgical unit and in the Operating Room as a Circulating Nurse. She has experience in primary care and long-term care as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Throughout Brittney’s Nurse Practitioner career, she has worked with patients of all ages. Brittney’s focus is on women’s health. She can perform preventative screenings, prescribe birth control, work with women who have diabetes, discuss healthy aging, help women manage their hypertension and keep an eye on their overall health.
