Hannah Horton, PA-C, PA

Hannah Horton, PA-C attended Oregon State University and received her Bachelor of Science in BioHealth Sciences and a minor in psychology. She completed her Master of Physician  Assistant degree at the University of Findlay in Ohio. Hannah looks forward to building relationships with each of her patients while taking the time to educate them about their individual cardiac conditions. She feels humbled by the opportunity to help guide and empower her patients to gain a greater understanding of their disease processes and to foster shared decision making regarding their care.
