Heather Price, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has provided primary care in a rural setting for over 13 years. She brings a strong clinical background as a former Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room nurse. Her experience in fast-paced healthcare settings has shaped her compassionate, patient centered approach to care. Heather values listening, building trust, and supporting patients through every stage of health and illness. With a focus on health promotion and disease prevention, she is committed to providing high-quality kind, and compassionate care to patients across the lifespan.

Outside of patient care Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, traveling, reading sports and being outdoors. She resides in Lee County.
