Kiristan Dials, BSN, FNP-C

Kiristan Dials, BSN, FNP-C is excited to apply her current knowledge and experience of patient care
and diverse skill set in her role at Three Rivers Immediate Care- Inez. She enjoys being hands on and
providing direct intervention with her patients. Kiristan has experience in emergency medicine; as
well as hospice experience as a case manager before stepping into her role as a nurse practitioner.
She is ready to serve her patients and community.
