Nathan Henry, MSN, FNP

Nathan Henry, FNP, grew up in the health care environment with his mother being an ER nurse in Western New York state. At that time, he was able to be a teen volunteer and even help his mother in the ER. He went on to become a First Responder, working as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT for 6 years in Buffalo, NY.
Nate received his initial nursing education in Saranac Lake, NY. He later received his Bachelor of Nursing through Chamberlain University Online and also has achieved his Master of Nursing degree.
An experienced trauma nurse, Nate has more than 12 years nursing experience in the emergency department setting in such areas as Northern New York, Alabama, Florida, and North Dakota.
Most recently he served in emergency medicine at Mesa View Regional Hospital right here in Mesquite, while obtaining his MSN and credential as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Nate and his family came to Mesquite in 2017 while he worked as a “traveling” nurse then became permanent in 2018.
When not busy seeing patients, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. They particularly enjoy hiking, RV camping and outdoor activities!
