Thomas Schrader, APRN, FNP-C, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He received his Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Morehead State University, Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from Morehead State University, and Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Morehead State University.
