Wade Leavitt, PA-C

Wade Leavitt, PA-C, is pleased to serve the Virgin and Moapa Valley communities he has long called home. Born in Logandale and raised in Southern Nevada, Wade brings both local roots and a strong commitment to community health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, followed by his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kansas State University’s Manhattan campus.

Early in his education, Wade discovered how much he enjoyed connecting with people and understanding their medical needs. He recognized that medicine offered a meaningful way to support individuals and strengthen small communities. Wade developed a passion for family medicine because it allows him to care for patients at every stage of life. His clinical interests include managing coronary disease, gastrointestinal conditions, and pediatric care. His practice philosophy centers on patient education. Wade believes in giving individuals the knowledge they need to understand their conditions and make informed decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Wade enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially traveling together and making regular trips to the beach.
